WHAT IS WELLNESS COACHING?

Wellness coaching is a close partnership between you and your coach to provide structure, accountability, and inspiration to help you learn, grow and achieve beyond what you can do yourself.

Health and Wellness Coaching is a profession grown out of a need to provide a co-active solution for life-long, permanent change in 1 or more of the following areas:

  • Stress
  • Nutrition
  • Weight Loss
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Non-compliance with a medical condition

This involves:

  • Discovering what makes you YOU!
  • Dreaming what can be… the sky is the limit so dream BIG!
  • Designing a plan based on YOUR goals, dreams and desires.
  • Living the Life — being accountable toward the achievements and making them a natural part of your life… a habit!

The best part of this is that YOU set the agenda. The goals are YOUR goals and the dreams and desires are all YOURS!

Coaching works because it is an interactive process that fosters small successes along the way — during weekly sessions, which can be done in person or by telephone.

Overall, clients report meeting 70% of their goals after 3 months of coaching and are more motivated, confident and committed to further changes, with or without continued coach involvement!
